1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to every player who accesses or uses the 888starz platform in any capacity. 3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 888starz. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat.
• 888starz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent us.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

888starz is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Verification is a one-time process for most players, though we may request updated documents at any time if required.

To complete verification, you will need to submit the following documents through your account dashboard or via the support team:

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your 888starz balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within a few hours during normal processing hours. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw.
• 888starz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required or if a security review is triggered on your account.

888starz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

888starz offers a welcome bonus on first deposits and ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the Rewards page for each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific requirement is stated on the Rewards page for each offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published on the Rewards page.
• 888starz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses that were claimed in breach of these Terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 888starz are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport involved, as well as the following general betting conditions:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific game or market rules explicitly allow it.
• 888starz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting, or where a technical error affected the odds or game outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute about a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held by 888starz servers are considered the definitive record.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a result being overturned after settlement, 888starz will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888starz. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents during the verification process.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

888starz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable review period.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours.

10 Responsible Gaming
